Order Tracking
All Wairah orders are shipped with Australia Post as our shipping partner delivery service. The best way to track and manage your deliveries is with Australia Post.
Delays
Although our team at Wairah will do our best to ship orders quickly, we are not liable for delays that may occur due to transit or busy times during the year.
Duties & Taxes
Duties and taxes may apply at the time of delivery for orders outside of Australia. Duties and taxes fall under the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure you check your government's authorised custom website.
Cancellations & Amendments
Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us. If you have any concerns, please contact us before placing your order and we will be happy to help you. It is the customers responsibility to ensure they agree to our terms of sale before placing an order and ensure all details provided are full and correct at the time of order placement.
Lost & Refused Packages
Wairah is not responsible nor liable for packages that have been lost, stolen or mis-delivered. We will try to help as best as we can but this responsibility is handed over to the shipping delivery service provider. Please contact the shipping provider through the email shipping tracking link.
Dispatch Notifications:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number from Australia Post. Please note your tracking number may not be traceable for up to 4 hours.
Delivery Delays:
With regards to shipping times you may experience delivery delays of up to 5-10 business days due to unforeseen postal issues. Although most orders will arrive earlier, we always want to be transparent about what to expect.
