Do you offer Free Returns?
We do not offer free returns. All purchases made outside of Australia are not eligible for returns.
Exchanges - How do I exchange items?
We do not exchange items. Alternatively the quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted by us, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Return the item unused within 30 days of receiving it and you will get a full refund excluding shipping cost provided the item is received in good condition and not damaged.
Refunds will be made to the forms of payment originally used for the purchase within 7-10 working days. Please note that rend payment times are dictated by the issuing bank and are outside of our control. Please consult your bank for more information.
If an item is returned that does not comply with our returns policy, we will not approve the process of the refund. We reserve the right to not return an item which does not comply with our returns policy. Please contact us to enquire about the validity of your return if you are unsure or refer to step 1 of the return process. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items - What can I do about this?
Please contact us immediately if the items are damaged or incorrect within the first 7 days of receiving the item so we can evaluate and rectify the issue.
Custom Tailored
At this moment in time we do not sell tailor made thobes but in future, if an item is tailor it is NOT entitled to any refund at all. All of our custom tailored items are made to your choice, so once the payment is made for these items, they cannot be canceled or refunded.
