If you do not have an account with us and you checked out as a guest and you do not receive an email within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your personal Spam folder. Alternatively, the email address on file might be spelled incorrectly.

On the other hand if you have an account registered with us to check your orders, log into your account and select the “My Orders” option in the website to review your order history.

If you are still unable to locate the confirmation email for your order, please contact our Customer Support team by emailing us at sales@wairah.com

Unfortunately, orders that have already been placed cannot be changed and discounts cannot be added after a purchase has finalized. Instead, remember to use your code on your next purchase.

We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Most of our stock is not limited so they will continually be restocked. If you want a particular style and colour and it’s not in your size, send us a message either through our email address sales@wairah.com, or message us on our social media platform Instagram and Facebook and we will do our best to facilitate that.

Act quickly when you find a style, size, or colour you like! Due to the fast nature of our business, you never know if you will get a second chance.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Cost: Free for orders $95 and over for purchases in Australia
  • Description: Standard delivery will take 7 – 12 business days to arrive for customers..

To check the tracking information available for your package:

In your Shipping Confirmation email, you'll receive a link to your tracking information.

From there, you can monitor the shipment’s progress until the package is delivered to your door.
